You get what you pay for! It’s the one thing we stress the most.
We recently had a client approach us for an exit clean, after talking with them for 10 minutes a time was arrange for the job.
The next day, 10 minutes before we were scheduled to start we get a call canceling the job. After inquiring as to why they had decided to cancel, they promptly informed us:
“I’m getting it done for half the price, thanks anyway!”
Right-o!
You’ll never guess who called back the following day, you guessed it.
After the cheaper, industry under-cutting cleaner had gone through, the place was still a pig sty, the oven, microwave and bath tub hadn’t even been touched.
The client was charged for a total of 7 hours work.
So not only are they out of pocket for 7 hours of terrible cleaning, they also had to pay another week of rent because the property wasn’t ready in time for the next tenants.
Sometimes you’re better off forking out a little more for a quality service, in any industry.

You mention that it’s sometimes worth paying more, and yet Popins isn’t even a premium price! They offer fantastic, very competitive rates for a much better quality! Where did these guys come from?! This isn’t competitive…because there could not possibly be a comparison to compete.
